This Privacy Policy explains how TaskRoster, operated by Vishwanath Jadhav (“TaskRoster”, “we”, “us”), handles information when you use our website and mobile application.
Information we collect
- Account and company information, including name, business email, phone, role and employee details.
- Work content such as tasks, comments, checklists, attachments, profile information and activity records.
- Device tokens, session information, IP address, diagnostic and security information.
- Subscription and transaction references. Complete card or bank credentials are processed by Razorpay and are not stored by TaskRoster.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure TaskRoster, manage accounts and subscriptions, deliver notifications, support users, prevent misuse, maintain audit trails, comply with law and improve reliability.
Sharing and processors
Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, notification and payment providers strictly as needed to deliver the service. These may include hosting providers, Firebase, Gmail/SMTP and Razorpay. We do not sell personal information.
Data security and tenancy
TaskRoster applies authentication, role-based permissions, tenant separation, secure transport, access controls and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Active account data is retained while the service is used. After an approved deletion request, account and associated operational data is deleted or anonymised within 7 working days, except records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute or security purposes. Payment and invoice records may be retained for up to 8 years where legally required.
Your choices
You may update profile information, manage notification preferences, revoke sessions, or request account and associated-data deletion. Visit Delete Account.
Children
TaskRoster is a business productivity service and is not intended for children under 18.
