How to submit your request
- Use the button below from an email account you can access.
- Include your TaskRoster registered email and company name.
- We may send a verification message to prevent unauthorised deletion.
- Company owners should state whether the entire company workspace or only their personal account should be deleted.
What will be deleted
After verification, we delete or anonymise the account, profile, sessions, device tokens and associated operational data in scope. Deleting a company workspace also removes its users and work content, subject to owner authority and lawful retention requirements.
What may be retained
Limited payment, invoice, fraud-prevention, dispute, audit and legal records may be retained where required by law. Retained records are restricted and are not used for ordinary product activity.
Before deletion
Account deletion is permanent. Download any records you need, resolve outstanding payments, and cancel active subscriptions before requesting deletion. For help, contact contact@frontreach.in.
