These terms govern use of TaskRoster, operated by Vishwanath Jadhav. By registering, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts and organisations
You must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and ensure authorised use within your company. Company administrators control users, roles, permissions and work content in their workspace.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, access another company’s data, upload unlawful or malicious content, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected components, or use TaskRoster in violation of applicable law.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed at the displayed price and interval. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Plan limits, renewal dates and current status are shown in the app. Continued use of paid features may require successful renewal.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content submitted to your workspace and grant us the limited right to process it solely to operate, secure and support TaskRoster. You are responsible for having lawful authority to upload employee and company information.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, limits and prices may change with reasonable notice where practicable.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for non-payment, security threats, unlawful use or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to disclosed legal retention requirements.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskRoster is provided without implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the affected service during the preceding three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
